Camp Rates

Early Bird Special Camp Rates

*** Register by April 30th, 2022***

  • Standard Rate (Bring your Own Lunch): $175 for one child - $165 for each additional Child

  • Standard Rate (With Lunch Provided): $205 for one child - $195 for each additional Child

Regular Camp Rates

***Beginning May 1st, 2022***

  • Standard Rate (Bring your Own Lunch): $185 for one child - $175 for each additional Child

  • Standard Rate (With Lunch Provided): $215 for one child - $205 for each additional Child

Please note that all lunch provided registrations must be placed a week in advanced from your camp start date to meet the lunch order deadline.

Multi- Week Discounts

Extended Camp Care

Multi-week Discounts:

Sign up for 3 or 4 weeks of camp, and $5 will be taken off the standard weekly price.

Sign up for 5 or more weeks of camp, and $10 will be taken off the standard weekly price.



$60 per week per child

Extended Camp Care includes:

Early drop off from 7:30 am to 8:45 am

Late pick up from 3:00pm to 6:00pm

Snack is provided!

Late fees will apply to any children picked up after 6:00pm at the rate of $1.00 per minute.

No multi-week or additional discounts available for Extended Camp Care.

Registration Information


Please scroll down to find the registration choices. Our camps are open to the general public as well as our currently enrolled students.

There is a $75 non-refundable registration fee when you submit the registration form. This fee does count towards the total price of camps. If you are not a currently enrolled Our Lady of Grace Student, you will need to provide a check or cash for the submission of your registration form. Please bring your payment to the school office or mail to 201 S Chapman St., Greensboro, NC 27403.

Play for a Day Registration: If your children are currently enrolled students at OLG, you can enjoy our Play for a Day option. Please select that option within the registration form.

Please note these additional forms available on the 'Forms' page: Authorized Pick-up Form is required for all campers. The Emergency Form is required for all campers who do not already attend Our Lady of Grace Catholic School. Medication Authorization Form is required only for campers who will need medication administered to them during camp hours. We appreciate all campers completing the Photo Release Form.

Refund Policy


For any camp cancellations, we will need a minimum of one full week's notice, you will be refunded the camp total minus the non-refundable deposit per camp. If a full week's notice is not given, we will be unable to refund any amount for that camp week.

Refunds processing can take up to four weeks through our school's business office. Another option for Summer Camps is to reschedule to another camp held on another week. With this option, you will not lose your deposit. Please email or call to let us know about your request we will need a minimum of one full week's notice.

Please understand that we rely on fees to cover all material costs and teacher and staff payments . Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Kona Ice Truck (included in the weekly price for ALL Campers)

For those who pay for the "Lunch Provided Daily" option:

  • Snack provided daily

  • Mondays: Papa John’s cheese pizza with a side of apple sauce or fruit cup and dessert

  • Tuesdays: Barberito's cheese quesadillas and chips & salsa from and dessert

  • Wednesdays: Chick-Fil-A 5-piece chicken nuggets or (Mac & Cheese for vegetarians) with a side of chips and dessert

  • Thursdays: Elizabeth’s Pizza buttered pasta with a side of apple sauce or fruit cup and dessert

  • Fridays: Harris Teeter Ham & Cheese Sub (Cheese Subs for vegetarians) with a side of chips and dessert

Pick up Notice:

Any child not picked up by 3:15 will be sent to After Camp Care with a fee of $8 per hour.


What to Bring to Camp

  • Reusable ater bottle Required for ALL campers

  • Mask must be worn for entry & a spare mask must be left at morning drop off in labeled baggie Required for ALL campers

  • Snacks Required for campers who do not choose the weekly lunch option

  • Change of clothes (4 & 5 year olds and any other student that may present the need)

  • Any Camper that needs a back up water bottle will be charged a $1
