Camp Registration

Registration Information

Please scroll down to find the registration choices. Our camps are open to the general public as well as our currently enrolled students.

There is a $75 non-refundable registration fee when you submit the registration form. This fee does count towards the total price of camps. If you are not a currently enrolled Our Lady of Grace Student, you will need to provide a check or cash for the submission of your registration form. Please bring your payment to the school office or mail to 201 S Chapman St., Greensboro, NC 27403.

Play for a Day Registration: If your children are currently enrolled students at OLG, you can enjoy our Play for a Day option. Please select that option within the registration form.

Please note these additional forms available on the 'Forms' page: Authorized Pick-up Form is required for all campers. The Emergency Form is required for all campers who do not already attend Our Lady of Grace Catholic School. Medication Authorization Form is required only for campers who will need medication administered to them during camp hours. We appreciate all campers completing the Photo Release Form.

Refund Policy

For any camp cancellations, we will need a minimum of one full week's notice, you will be refunded the camp total minus the non-refundable deposit per camp. If a full week's notice is not given, we will be unable to refund any amount for that camp week.

Refunds processing can take up to four weeks through our school's business office. Another option for Summer Camps is to reschedule to another camp held on another week. With this option, you will not lose your deposit. Please email or call to let us know about your request we will need a minimum of one full week's notice.

Please understand that we rely on fees to cover all material costs and teacher and staff payments . Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.



What if my camper is unable to attend camp one or more days as scheduled?


Please understand that we rely on fees to cover all material costs and teacher and staff payments. If your camper is unable to attend camp one or more days as scheduled for their week(s) at camp we are not able to refund those days missed from camp due to short-term sickness, last minute vacations, etc. However, If you have an extenuating circumstance, refunds will be considered by camp administration.
